Personal Information

As used herein, the term "personal information" means information that explicitly identifies any person (such as a name, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail address, or credit card number), or information about that person that is directly connected to personally identifiable information. Personal information does not include a Device Identifier (as defined below) that is not connected to personal information. Personal information also does not include "aggregate information", which are statistics we collect regarding the use of the Services or about a group of services or users, from which specific identities or other personal information has been extracted. Information Collection

We collect several types of personal information about our guests in a number of ways when you visit or use the Services.

  • Create a Legacy Learning Solutions account;

Legacy Learning Solutions may collect information regarding the user's behavior, and his/her use of Legacy Learning Solutions' trainings and in-course data such as test scores, rankings, time spent per page, and popularity of answers to specific questions to better adapt our products and Services to users' interests and to improve the quality of our Services.

When you use the Services, some information is also automatically collected. Legacy Learning Solutions as well as any third party advertisers and/or service providers, may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the Services are accessed and used ("Usage Information"). For example, when you come to use or visit the Services, we collect your IP address or other unique identifier ("Device Identifier") for the computer, mobile device, technology or other device (collectively, "Device") you use to access the Services, your operating system, the browser type, the address of the referring web site and your activity on the Site or your console ID. Utilization of Services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your permission. We do not ask for personal information to access our website. Please be aware that should you prefer not to release personal information, certain features of our websites may not be available to you.

No restrictions apply under this Privacy Policy on our right to aggregate or depersonalize your personal information. We may use and share the resulting aggregate information or depersonalized information in any way with third parties.
